autoCASH fully complies with all federal and Mississippi state regulations requiring disclosures of interest rates, rollover limits, fees, charges, and terms. Before you assume any obligation you will be presented, in writing, with the exact rates, fees, and other details of your autoCASH Title Loan (title pledge) as required by law. You are under no obligation to accept the terms provided by autoCASH.
Under Mississippi state law, the TERM of an autoCASH Title Loan (title pledge) is 30 (thirty) days at a MAXIMUM INTEREST RATE of 25%. By agreement of the parties, in writing, an autoCASH Title Loan (title pledge) agreement may be extended for additional 30-day periods. Specific Mississippi state regulations apply to such extensions, including automatic monthly reduction of principal.
